How important am I to God?

13 09 2008

Without question it is a tragic thing to be God’s creation and not know Him and be separated from His love and grace. Further, how pitiful to live one’s life and have no purpose to life, but to live until we die and no matter how successful or how much a failure….to end the same way… die and leave it all. That is the life lived by those that have not believed, repented of their sins and received Jesus Christ as their savior. One could have an empire greater than Bill Gates of Microsoft….devote one’s life to making money and producing products….but in reality…there is no real lasting purpose to a life lived that way. The derelict sleeping in the street in a card board box or the billionaire who are lost are thus separated God have no purpose for their lives.

God did not create us in vain. He has a purpose for each one here in this room….and it is an eternal purpose on which death has no effect. Death for the Christian is only a door that begins eternally.

Many people today, deep down inside, who do not live their lives for the Lord, and know that their lives have no purpose….

Did you know…

God may have designed you to be someone great or planned for you to be a regular guy. Becoming the latter may not sound very inspiring, but and ordinary man serving God is extraordinary indeed. God often uses common people to achieve mighty things. The work God has in mind for you may run the gamut from everyday good deeds to outstanding great works. Its all important to God. Any life for His purpose is highly significant.

Profound Statement

17 05 2008

“[Doxology] Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!”- Romans 11:33

Are you ready to face the judgement day. Are you living a life according to the Will of the Almighty

Family !!!

12 05 2008

“A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:”- Proverbs 31:10, 27-28

Nothing far from the truth,  the wife is truly an important piece of the puzzle. Its a shame that there is no more respect for marriage. It’s a bad sign. That really means trouble in our society. We need to pray for the restauration of the family unit. Marriage was made for life not for a blink of an eyes. Its a commitment till death due you part.

Condemnation !!!

9 05 2008

“[Life Through the Spirit] Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.”- Romans 8:1-2

Have you ever thought that if you don’t have your spiritual life in order one day you will be condemned. See being good does not save you, doing good works does not save you, doing good deeds does not save you. The only thing that saves you is accepting the fact that the Lord Jesus Christ send his only begotten son to die on the cross of calvary for you and me. And you need to accept Him as your Saviour and live a life in abundance for Him.

So what is your choice today? To not be condemned or to be condemned eternally.

That for me is an easy decision. I trust and pray that you give it prayerfully thought and make the right decision, but wait do not wait till tomorrow act now. As we do not know what tomorrow brings.

Be Wise

8 05 2008

“Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”- Colossians 4:5-6

Being careful in the way we act and react is very important. Remember we have a testimony to preserve and we have a big responsibility. May we be prepared to face the difficult circumstances that may come our way.
